SPED's principal service families are:
- Domestic Economy — the lowest-cost and slowest domestic option; most areas are served in 1–3 business days.
- Next Day — delivery on the next business day after collection. It is unavailable for inter-island shipments.
- Same Day — delivery on the collection day, subject to plan, route, cut-off, availability, and confirmation.
- Time Sensitive — services with a defined deadline or narrow delivery window. Express means before 12 noon; Priority means a delivery window of 90 minutes or less.
Special Day is a Domestic Economy add-on for delivery on a specified future day.
SPED's normal delivery operation is Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and the current portal estimate does not account for weekends or public holidays.
