Registered customers should select Sign in for my rates → before booking to access contracted pricing and saved account details.
After a successful quote, review the Price breakdown and select Book at this rate →. For a paid public booking, the shipment details and rate carry forward to secure payment.
If the page displays Payment received and says the shipment needs a quick review, do not pay again. SPED must complete the review before the booking is finished.
